পণ্য মজুত থাকলে এবং কেনার অনুরোধ ও টাকা দেওয়ার তথ্য ঠিক থাকলে আমরা সাধারণত ২৪–৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পণ্য পাঠানোর প্রস্তুতি শেষ করার চেষ্টা করি।

ছুটির দিন, বেশি কাজের চাপ বা পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়ার সমস্যায় আরও সময় লাগতে পারে। একই দিনে পণ্য পাঠানোর নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া হয় না।

কোনো যন্ত্র বা তার সঙ্গে ব্যবহারের সামগ্রী কেনার আগে দেখে নিন সেটি আপনার নিজের যন্ত্রে কাজ করবে কি না। প্রয়োজনে পণ্যের তথ্য জানতে আমাদের জিজ্ঞেস করতে পারেন।

কিছু পণ্যের সঙ্গে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্য সমস্যা সমাধানের সুবিধা থাকে। এখানে একে পণ্যের নিশ্চয়তা বলা হয়েছে। যেসব পণ্যে এই সুবিধার কথা লেখা আছে, শুধু সেগুলোর ক্ষেত্রেই এটি পাওয়া যাবে।

এ সুবিধা প্রস্তুতকারক, বিক্রেতা বা মেরামতকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান দিতে পারে। কত দিন সুবিধাটি পাওয়া যাবে এবং কোন সমস্যা এর আওতায় পড়বে, তা পণ্যের বিবরণ, কেনার রসিদ বা নিশ্চয়তার কাগজে লেখা থাকবে।

পণ্য পড়ে যাওয়া, ভেঙে যাওয়া, পানি ঢোকা, অতিরিক্ত গরমে নষ্ট হওয়া, ভুলভাবে লাগানো, সংযোগের অংশ ভেঙে যাওয়া, অসতর্ক ব্যবহার বা অনুমতি ছাড়া পরিবর্তনের কারণে ক্ষতি হলে সাধারণত পণ্যের নিশ্চয়তা পাওয়া যাবে না।

পণ্য হাতে পেয়েই কোনো ভাঙা বা ক্ষতির চিহ্ন দেখলে যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব আমাদের জানান।

• পণ্যের পরিচিতি নম্বর মুছে ফেলা বা বদলে দেওয়া
• অনুমতি ছাড়া পণ্য খোলা বা মেরামত করা
• পণ্য ভেঙে যাওয়া বা ভুল ব্যবহারে ক্ষতি হওয়া
• প্রস্তুতকারকের দেওয়া নিয়ম না মানা

প্রতিটি অভিযোগ সেই পণ্যের নিশ্চয়তার নিয়ম মেনে যাচাই করা হবে।
